It’s always helpful to provide several photos depicting the front, back, sides and even BOTTOM of a piece as it can tell the upholsterer a lot about how a piece was constructed.
Yes. We charge a $65 Design Consultation Fee that typically lasts 1 to 1-1/2 hours. By the time we leave, you will have a clear understanding of the work involved in your project and will have had an opportunity to look at some fabric sample books.
Yes. We require a 50% deposit on labor and 100% for all materials. Once your deposit is received, your project will be placed on our workschedule and an anticipated completion date provided.
Yes. We carry over 15 major fabric lines that include high-quality indoor/outdoor, upholstery, drapery and multi-purpose fabrics for the home. Additionally, we can order same-day fabric memo samples for our clients to review in their home before making their selection.
Typically, no. There are unique circumstances where we do accept our Customer’s Own Materials (C.O.M.) and in those instances charge a $15 per yard Cutting Fee.
Yes. We offer pick up and delivery service for a fee based on customer location. Pick up and delivery is limited to first floor/entry-level only.
